Job Summary
Store Managers are responsible for
daily buys and sales, visual merchandising, operations
and human resources functions and must have a comprehensive
knowledge of the business to provide coaching and
direction to the store team to achieve personal and
operational goals. The Store Manager will also manage
store staffing schedules and must be able to motivate
and develop their store team, while assuring that
company policies, procedures, and standards are being
followed. Store Manager candidates will begin in a
training capacity. Three to six months of training
will be provided upon hire, preparing them for the
management responsibility needed to operate their
own store location.
